Sue and I had a fun few days around Halloween this year. Halloween signals the end of Fall, and the move to Stick Season and winter.

I got a nice picture on Tuesday 10/27/20 of the back yard where the leaves had all fallen, and the bare trees stood silent signaling the start of Stick Season up here.

And then, just a couple of days later on Friday 10/30/20, a couple of pictures of everything coated in a frosty, light snow. I actually filmed Beau and me walking through the woods on both of those days, and appended the footage onto a currency trading video, Sitting On Your Hands Is Still Trading, I posted up to my Longwood Currency Trading YouTube channel.

In my last few videos I've been filming outside and showing the beautiful New England transition through Autumn, and late Fall. If you stick around after I sign out of my presentation in this video, I present just a few minutes of footage walking through the woods as we move into what's called up here as 'Stick Season', and then some other scenes just a day later after it had snowed.

And then on Sunday 11/01/20, the weather cleared, and Sue wanted to try to take Beau for a walk behind the house. I went with her as she is still trying to recover from some nasty muscle pull in her leg, and has been hobbling around on crutches for the last couple of days. Doesn't slow her down one bit when there's an opportunity to get outside and kick through the leaves.

To celebrate, I fixed a mah-vo-loose spicy sauteed beef over a bed of parsley and thyme infused brown rice, and a huge side of mixed vegetables, sweet red pepper, button mushrooms, and onions in a light dry sherry and herb sauce.
